Bay Area singer-songwriter Maggie Forti is a founding member of the group Wildcat Canyon and was a
member of the Berklee College of Music Gospel choir (along with Susan Tedeschi, Layla Hathaway and
Paula Cole). She performs her original material as a solo artist or appears as a featured vocalist, having
shared the stage with Peter Rowan, Vicki Randle, Jerry Jeff Walker, Libby Kirkpatrick, Stu Allen, Sunshine
Garcia, Joey Blake, Lebo, Chris Chandler, New Monsoon and countless others. Her 2019 record Travelin’
On (released at Terrapin Crossroads) has been described as “like a warm candle lit bath...legit vibrant
folk/Americana music in all the best possible ways, with tons of heart and soul.”
